Duo Hotel Outcall
For guests of the city: a visit to your hotel, or a table at the restaurant downstairs.
A hotel is the most common venue for people in town for a short stay. The booking itself is no different from any other, but it has its own logistics worth knowing beforehand.
What to know about hotels
- Some hotels run visitor checks at reception and log guests
- Serviced apartments are usually simpler on this front
- The lobby bar or restaurant is a neutral option that needs no floor access at all
- Check your own hotel's policy before booking, not at the front desk
Privacy
We don't ask for a room number before a booking is confirmed. That detail goes directly between you and the pair, and isn't stored anywhere on our side. Any request to send a photo of your room or your ID is a sign of a scam, not a verification step โ ignore it.
If the hotel is outside the city
Out-of-town venues are arranged separately: travel time is built into the booking, transfer is agreed ahead. An hour isn't booked for this โ two hours minimum.
Frequently asked
Do we need to notify the hotel?
Depends on the property. Hotels with visitor logs will want the guest listed; serviced apartments usually need nothing. Check with the front desk in advance.
Can we meet in the lobby instead?
Yes, and it's often the easier option โ neutral ground, no questions at the door.
