Duo Travel Companionship
Companionship for a business trip or a getaway โ domestic or abroad.
Travel is the format with the longest lead time. Agreeing on an evening isn't enough here โ you need dates, a route, documents, and a clear split of costs. All of that is settled before departure, not at the airport.
What gets agreed beforehand
- Dates and length, including travel days
- Route and cities
- Documents โ valid passport, visa, insurance
- Costs โ flights, stay, meals, transfers, and who covers what
- Cancellation terms, in case either side has to pull out
About documents
Visas take time to arrange. Plan a visa-required trip with several weeks of buffer. Check passport validity too โ many countries want at least six months left before expiry.
The edges of the format
Travel doesn't mean around-the-clock presence. Daily rhythm, personal time and days off within the trip are discussed the same way everything else is. The pair is there to work, not to be at your disposal without pause.
Frequently asked
Who pays for flights and the stay?
By default, the client โ but this is put in writing before tickets are bought, never assumed.
What if the trip falls through?
Cancellation terms are agreed in advance. If tickets are already bought, it's settled per the terms fixed before the purchase, not improvised after.
